Leo Chu – Co-Founder
Leo Chu, an entrepreneur and philanthropist, built California Ivy, Inc. into one of the largest private clothing firms in the U.S. before selling it to Kellwood in 1992. He later became the first Asian-American casino owner in California, holding stakes in Hollywood Park, Crystal Park, Lucky Derby, and Bicycle Casino. Through the Morning Light Foundation, he built over 30 schools in China. Chu serves on multiple university and nonprofit boards, with a degree in textile engineering from Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Terry Lee – Co-Founder
Terry Lee has over 40 years of experience in commercial real estate, specializing in hotel acquisitions and asset management. He led major deals for Regal Hotels International, opened 18 hotels in China (2001–2014), and advises overseas investors on U.S. assets. Lee has served as President and Chairman of the Taiwan Hotel & Motel Association in Southern California and led the Chinese American Real Estate Professionals. He holds a law degree from National Chung Hsing University and an MBA from Oklahoma Central State University.

Henry Ha – Co-Founder
Henry Ha has 28 years in real estate, excelling in mergers, acquisitions, and large-scale fund exits. As Senior VP of SK (China) and President of SK Real Estate, he led $3.6B in acquisitions, including landmark projects in Beijing and Shanghai. He established SK's first China-focused RMB real estate fund and received multiple industry awards for his achievements. Ha is also Managing Director at Asia Pacific Capital Company. He holds a bachelor's from Shanghai University of Technology and an EMBA from CKGSB.

Sam Khamkoon – Co-Founder
Sam Khamkoon is CEO of Halls Group and a board member of Fok's Charity Foundation (HK). His career spans hedge funds, domain registry, enterprise software, and data security. He advised Geminis Capital, directed the Ireland-listed Fubon Phoenix Fund, and helped IPO the largest Lao plywood company in Hong Kong. Earlier, he developed software for NASA and naval systems. Khamkoon holds a Yale B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Economics (magna cum laude) and an M.S. in Engineering and Applied Science, with NASA-funded Ph.D. studies.
